The current version of the Jerome search portal (complete with all of Nick’s recent enhancements) got a (somewhat impromptu) airing at Goldsmiths, University of London on Wednesday, at a CPD event on open data and mashups, organised by the M25 Consortium of academic libraries.
I demo-ed the features of the Jerome record page, talked about the ethos of Jerome search and the JISC project, and kicked off a group discussion about the difficulties in developing a mashup ‘culture’ in universities.
